"Hotel looked nothing like the photos online. Upon check-in there was already confusion with the room assignment, which made the experience feel unorganized. The lobby furniture appeared stained and unclean, and there was loud music coming from other rooms/floors. The room itself was in very poor condition. It had a strong smoke odor, the smoke detector was detached from the ceiling, and there was visible dirt and debris throughout the room, including the AC vents and bathroom floor. The bed...

"Horrible staff members, they were super rude. One came to my room door knocking super hard being rude, because supposedly he got a complaint of us being loud when we were already in bed watching movies and my 4 year old sleeping and waking her up, then he comes and says “I’m not saying is you guys but if we get another complaint we were gonna have a serious problem” like that’s super rude and unprofessional. Just assuming and then coming to knock on our door like crazy and waking up my daughter."
