Gorgeous views of the ocean. Amenities include restaurants, two infinity-edge ocean-view pools, sundeck, and private cabanas, a Fitness Center overlooking the ocean, full-service Spa. Resort fee $40 per day + TAX + Valet $38.38 (only credit card).

Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom apartment has it all:

• Fully equipped kitchen;
• King size bed and TV in the first bedroom;
• Queen bed and TV in the second bedroom;
• Two double beds and TV in the third bedroom;
• Couch and TV in the living room;
• Balcony with a breathtaking view;
• 3 bathrooms;
• Washer and dryer;
• Paid valet parking.

Resort Fee (daily charge): This fee covers essential beach services, including umbrella, towels, and two chairs.

- Stays of to 1–14 nights: $40/day
- Stays of to 15–29 nights: $35/day
- Stays of to 30+ nights: $30/day

Security Deposit (refundable):

- $250 required at check-in (credit card only).
- Refunded within 5–7 business days after check-out, subject to inspection
- Processing time may vary depending on your financial institution

Valet Parking (optional):

- 1–7 days: $35/day
- 8+ days: $30/day
- Monthly: $650
- Stays of 6 months or more: $480/month

🕗 Regular Hours (Monday to Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM):
• Cost per package: $5.50 (including taxes and service fee)

🌙 After Hours (Outside of regular hours):
• Cost per package: $27.50

• Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your package.
• If the package is under someone else's name, you’ll still need your ID.
• Owners don’t pay, unless the package is addressed to someone else.

The resort is not responsible for any lost or stolen items, whether inside or outside the parking lot. We encourage you to take necessary precautions for your belongings.

The Neighborhood:
Located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the Lyfe Resort & Residences offers a wealth of activities right there and in the surrounding area and easy access to the best shopping and dining Miami and Fort Lauderdale have to offer.The Aventura Mall is about 20 minutes drive; the beach is just steps away. Guests of the resort can also quickly get to the Gulfstream Park (minutes away), Art and Culture Center, and plenty of other places of interest (restaurants, malls, golf parks, bars and clubs)

Getting Around:
Hallandele beach, Boxroom Escape Games,Gulfstream Park,Hollywood Beach,Wild Lime Adventures,Hollywood Parasail.

Other Things to Note:
At least one guest has to be 21 years old. After we accept the reservation, please provide the names of all guests who will be staying, so we can register them at the hotel to facilitate your check-in process. If all necessary information is not provided 24 hours before your arrival, the reservation will be canceled.
