The home has a modern kitchen with everything you need, from an oven, dishwasher, fridge, and microwave to a toaster, kettle, and wine glasses. You’ll also find a washing machine and dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and a hairdryer for your convenience. Extra blankets ensure comfort, while central heating and cooling keep the temperature just right.
A Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi, and a dedicated study space with a desk and chair provide entertainment and connectivity. The balcony offers seating outside, and parking is available in the secure garage.

Note: A rollaway single trundle bed is available for use, which can be set up and moved into the study if needed. You'll find it stored in the Study. While it’s not pre-set, it’s ready for use. We’ve also provided a single doona, doona cover, sheet set, pillow with pillowcase, and a bath towel should you require them.
All linens and towels will be included; however, lost or damaged linen/towels may incur costs.
KEYS
Keys can be collected from the Melbourne IGA Xpress at 42-44 Clarendon Street Southbank. The store is 10-minutes drive (3 km) from the home.

Thursday: 7 am - 11 pm
Friday - Saturday: 8 am - 11.30 pm
Sunday: 8 am - 11 pm

Your unique code for collection is 840811. Just quote this to the store person and advise that you're there to collect apartment keys with Key Nest. This will include a front door key, a key fob for the front door, the garage remote and a mailbox key.
Your unique key code will be in the house manual sent 3 days before your stay.
