"After staying at about 12 hotels across Asia and US this year, this was by far the best trained, most friendly and helpful staff I have encountered. The actual hotel was lovely, modern, new and fresh. The room was very comfortable (Corner King) with a large sofa, table for Dijon’s or working, USB-C ports, a well laid out bathroom with a massive shower. "I am a well travelled hotel stayer, over 50 years of travelling under my belt and the Hilton in Melbourne was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The staff went above and beyond, they facilitated an early check in and a late checkout to work around my flight timings. They let us use the lounge whilst we waited for our room, when we were jet lagged and slept all day, awake all night, they checked up on us to see if we needed anything.
