North Haven | Pet Friendly Family Beach Retreat

North Haven's furnishings have been updated recently to include a new enlarged dining room space and outdoor deck. New split system air conditioning units have been installed in the lounge/dining room and an additional 2 bunk bedrooms for guests have added comfort in the summer for up to 8 guests or 2 families to enjoy. Enjoy a BBQ on the covered deck, equipped with outdoor furniture and a fire pit. Mt Martha is known for abundant, colourful bird life, which inhabit this leafy area.

North Haven is located at the end of a no through road and is fully fenced so privacy and peace are assured. The property is equipped with an indoor fireplace, wireless internet, 2 living rooms and one master ensuite.

The property has 4 bedrooms (2 x queens) with robes, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, 2 x bunk bedroom, sleeping 8 guests or 2 families in total. A separate laundry houses a washing machine/dryer combined.

On entrance through the covered veranda walk into an open plan lounge (with fireplace) dining (for 6) and a quaint older style kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave and stove.

North Haven is suitable for families and couples. Toys, games and a cubby are provided.

i. This property is pet friendly (small dogs only) upon application, the breed and age of your pet must be provided. This property is fully-fenced.
ii. This property is the perfect venue for families, couples, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.
iii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.
iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and fill out a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been conducted and confirmed by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law to which you must agree to when booking with us.
