There is an extensive northeast-facing deck for outdoor entertaining and BBQs, accessible through 3 French doors that open out from the living area. The outdoor table seats 10, the outdoor sofa seats 6, and there are 2 Adirondack chairs and 2 banana lounges.
There is ducted heating and cooling throughout, and the kitchen is equipped with Smeg appliances. An extra bar fridge is in the pantry/laundry area.
NB. There is no WIFI at the property, you would need to hotspot
