"The sheets had to be changed when we arrived because of the multiple stains. The floor was sticky and covered in multiple large stains. The shower looked like it needed to be cleaned. We left early and did not even sleep there because we were so disgusted."

"This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in years. The air conditioning is fixed, and no matter how much we tried to make it colder it would revert to the setting they had it on. Second, the area where the hotel is located has a lot of homeless and sketchy people. Third, at 3 AM a train passes that shakes where you’re staying. In short, I had a horrible night, couldn’t sleep because of the heat, and there’s no front desk to file a complaint with. And finally, checking in is another problem. If...

"Very nice appearing resort but mechanically needs improvement. Screen on patio door very difficult to open. We left it open because we were afraid we would not get it open again. Closet doors would not close and bathroom pocket door needs a handle because it is so difficult to open. Also the cold water was not cold."
