"Hotel is close to a metro station and about a 15 minute walk to las ramblas"

"Staff went above and beyond to help us. We had alot of luggage and since we arrived early, they were more than willing to store it for us until our room was ready. This gave us plenty of time to explore the surrounding area. I highly recommend this hotel and hopefully will have an opportunity to stay here again!!"

"The Hotel manager was excellent she helped resolving some check in issues, however a couple of older male reception staff were very inpatient and slightly rude/short tempered. One staff made our check in very difficult and on the next day, my 11 year old daughter was told off by another male reception staff for filling up her water bottle at reception. "This is my fourth time staying there and I did notice a little less attention to detail. Breakfast buffet wasn’t as buried as it used to be not as many staff members visible. Still a wonderful location would still go back just wouldn’t give it a 10 out of 10 like I did before. "

"Check in was very easy, our room was ready early for us. They also stored our luggage securely prior to our room being ready. The location is great, we walked to many attractions. There are also many restaurants nearby. We would recommend the Italian one across the street. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The beds were a little hard for us but pillows soft. The rooftop pool and bar were also highlights. We did not try any of the food or bar options so cant comment on those."
