• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: We would charge you a day base rate without any discount and any compensation that we have to refund to the next Family who is staying in the property the same day of your check out date.

• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this villa.

• Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: € 150
• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.
• Damage to keys set: € 50
• Smoke in the property: € 300
• The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
