Property was beautiful and the lounge on the second floor was always well stocked with pastries and refreshments that were nice to have after coming back in from the city. "The room was a good size for NYC, not a closet! Bed was comfy with adequate pillows. The Bell Man was super helpful/accommodating. The Front Desk wasn’t super accommodating with early check-in l, but did end up letting my hubby check-in an hour early. The location is convenient & by Time Square."

But once I made a complaint about it, they did assign me to another room where the floor was also and the bathroom area the concierge was helpful.
