"Staff is absolutely amazing! We got to the hotel at 9am when check in isn’t until 4pm. The amazing staff upgraded us for a small free to the most amazing terrace room, we ending up paying the upgrade fee for the entire stay because it was so nice. The staff from valet, door attendants, cafe and restaurant to elevator assistants are all so nice and helpful. "The staff were amazing, attentive, polite and just wonderful. The room was clean, comfy bed and pillows. Bathroom and shower was great. And refreshing, especially since NYC was having a heat wave. Reception provided bottles or water, complimentary. The bar was fun, and service and food delicious. We had breakfast each morning and it was amazing. You must try the multigrain bread. Fabulous!
