The Space:
We are excited to welcome you to Omnia, a stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom duplex apartment located in the heart of Ancoats, Manchester. The property features a striking open-plan layout across two floors, with a supersized custom lounging area, an 85-inch cinema-style television, and a professional pool table that make it one of Manchester's most entertaining stays. This apartment sleeps up to 12 guests.
Kitchen & dining area
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. It includes a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washer-dryer, wine & drinks fridge, Nespresso machine, kettle, and toaster. Complimentary Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt and pepper are provided as a one-time courtesy for your arrival and will not be replenished during your stay. The 12-seater dining table is perfect for hosting a dinner party or enjoying a meal together with family and friends. The kitchen island doubles up as a breakfast bar, with 4 additional bar stools - this space also offers an excellent workspace for those travelling on business. Cleaning supplies provided include washing-up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, 1 washing machine capsule, a sponge, a dish cloth, and 2 bin liners.
Bedrooms
There are 4 king-size bedrooms across two floors, all fitted with blackout curtains. The two ground floor bedrooms each benefit from triple wardrobes for generous storage, with the larger of the two also featuring a cosy window seat - ideal for a quiet morning coffee. On the lower ground floor, the master bedroom includes a spacious triple wardrobe and its own en-suite, while the fourth bedroom offers ample storage across three double wardrobes.
Bathrooms
There are 4 bathrooms across the property. The ground floor master en-suite features both a shower and a full bath. The second ground floor bathroom features a walk-in rainfall shower. The lower ground floor master en-suite also features a walk-in rainfall shower. We provide bath towels and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Living area
The downstairs living area is where Omnia truly comes into its own. Sink into the custom-designed supersized sofa and lounge area as you take in the 85-inch television, loaded with Sky cable TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV. Challenge your group to a game on the professional 7 ft pool table - this is a space built for making memories together. As this property is located within a busy city centre apartment block, please be aware there is potential for noise from outside and from other building inhabitants.
Sofa bed
The sofa can be converted into two comfortable double sofa-beds, offering additional flexibility for larger groups. Depending on the number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team to arrange sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. Location & parking
Omnia sits in the vibrant neighbourhood of Ancoats, right on the cusp of Manchester's Northern Quarter. Step outside and you are never more than 2 minutes from a bar or restaurant, with the buzzing heart of the city centre reachable within just 5 minutes by car. As a guest of Omnia, you will also receive exclusive discounts to many of Manchester's best places to eat and socialise - reach out to our friendly customer service team for recommendations and details. A public pay-and-display car park is located next to the building for your convenience.

Accessibility
Please note that the lower ground floor is accessible by stairs only - there is no lift in the property. We recommend keeping this in mind when booking to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions including any access codes, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £60.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold or damage waiver, are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.
