Luckily for you, the apartment is in the ideal location so nothing is too far away.

You can also use Manchesters taxi service and Uber to easily get around.

*This property is not suitable for parties!

*This is a breach of house rules & will result in immediate removal from the property via security and no refund, your deposit supplied through Airbnb may be used towards extra costs in removing you. This house is in a quiet area, so after 10 p.m., the quiet times are to be respected.

*We have a strict NO-SMOKING indoors policy at our properties. A standard charge of £1000 will be charged through Airbnb when we find evidence of smoking within the accommodation to cover cleaning costs and long-lasting damage on the property.

*Any loud music, parties, and smoking indoors will also result in immediate removal from the accommodation as we will be highlighted via our noise and air monitoring systems located in the property.

*For stays longer than a week, additional housekeeping can be arranged for a further fee.

*To book with us, we require the lead guest to complete our online check-in form which includes an agreement to our T&Cs and the provision of a UK government-issued photo ID or passport.

*Please note: We charge a £20/hour early check-in fee if you check-in before the time stated on the listing without prior approval and a £20/hour late check-out fee if you check-out later than 10 am.

EXTRAS:
If you require an extra night or wish to extend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can make sure the dates are available and book you in.

PARKING:
The apartment has designated parking for 1 car at the property.

ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property’s high standards and maximise guest experience, we require weekly cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (10+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with 53 Degrees Property.

Lovely apartment

We were really impressed with the apartment and communication from start to finish. The information sent beforehand was thorough and clear, including photos which was helpful in finding the check in place and the apartment itself. The staff on the messages were also incredibly helpful and friendly. The apartment itself is in a huge block and the location is ideal for getting to the Quays and other key locations in Manchester. It is on a busy road so a little noisy but this didn’t bother us. Inside the apartment was spotlessly clean and the rooms were both lovely. The lounge/kitchen area was also really nice, plenty of space to relax. The bathrooms and showers were also really clean and well kept. The kitchen was well-stocked - the only thing we could have done with was a chopping board! The company again checked in on us via a message during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We had no issues but I feel assured that if we did, they would have been dealt with. Would definitely recommend this place, we really enjoyed our stay in this nice apartment. Really good value for money and excellent communication. Thank you.
