The Space:
LOCATION:
We’re a 10 minutes walk from oxford road, and a 15 minute walk into the city centre.
You're surrounded by fantastic bars and restaurants, along with iconic landmarks, vibrant shopping districts, and a rich cultural scene, making Manchester city centre a dynamic place to explore.

TRANSPORT
Our closest train station is oxford road train station and it’s only a 13 minutes walk away.

PARKING:
1 free parking spot located just to the rear of the property.

GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS:
We have a washing machine which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets).
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.

PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
For convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
