We really enjoyed our time at this property! It was spacious and clean and conveniently located steps from the lodge. It was so nice just to walk over to the slopes. At the end of the day a highlight was sitting in the hot tub as a family under the starts after a day on the mountain. I highly recommend this property and we hope to return next year!

The unit was lovely and had everything you would need. The hot tub was a great feature. The owner gave us the wrong key code, but quickly came over to give us the right one, so we could check in. The pricing was confusing. I was quoted a rate from the property manager, but then was charged an additional fee from VRBO. This must have been in fine print because somehow I missed it. Overall we had a great trip and it was pet friendly which is a must for our family.

This townhouse is steps away from the lodge which makes skiing with kids SO easy! The place is very nice instead, clean and comfortable beds. We will gladly stay again! Thank you!

It was a great place to stay. Everything was clean and provided for (kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, etc). And the location could not be better, just steps from Canyon Lodge, The owners were super nice and responded quickly when we had a slight problem with the dishwasher. It was fixed right away with no hassle. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location. It was literally a 12-20 min drive to all of the top rated hikes we did over the course of our trip. And if you come to ski/snowboard during the winter its right across the street from the lifts! The beds were soooo comfy. The gas fireplaces were nice and convenient, as it was 49 in the mornings & evenings even during the summer. The 2 car garage was big enough to even unload our SUV completely out of the rain/hail lol that we experienced, which is great when you have adventure gear or winter sports gear and don't want to be in the elements loading/unloading. *Heads up to future guests, before you get within the last 5 min of the property screenshot the garage code and wifi network and wifi password b/c we had literally no reception and no wifi so we did have trouble getting in at first b/c we couldn't load the check in instructions with garage and front door codes. And then we could not connect to the wifi as the password was only accessible to view electronically, no where written in the house. So take this tip & save it in advance. Overall, would definitely come back and stay here again. We loved it!

We had grandparents from Ohio, 4 kids and 2 sets of parents. The hot tub after a day on the slopes was amazing. You can’t beat the location and the local ER! We had a nasty accident while skiing and communicated great with the hosts even though they couldn’t accommodate a late check out.

This is the perfect townhouse for those wanting high-quality accommodations in the Mammoth area. 5 min walk to Cayon Lodge at Mammoth and 5 min drive to the village. The offerings for the unit seem more like a home than a rental. Towels, bedding, appliances and overall furnishing are "top-quality!"

This is my 3rd time staying at this property. It's such a GREAT location to Canyon and every time I go I'm jealous that I don't own the place. To make things better, the property manager is extremely professional and handles everything rather quickly. I almost didn't want to review this place to keep it a secret but I couldn't be so selfish! Enjoy, you won't regret it.

(I thought I had reviewed this amazing property back in April…however after searching today for another stay it prompted me to review from last time) We absolutely love this property and it’s been the best location, best amenities, plus a very warm and cozy vacation home. Having access to the garage was a key feature as we could store all our gear without dragging it through the beautiful home. We also loved the large bunk beds that worked great for parents and kids in the same room. Of coarse having the hot tub was great as well but we didn’t use it too much as we got busy playing cards/games with the family. Hands down the best condo property in mammy. Thank you for the stay and hope to book again soon :-)))

The host was exceptionally responsive to questions I had about the complimentary ski locker at the lodge and wifi. The home is warm, upscale, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed to cook. They left amazing chocolate treats! The ski lift is literally a couple minutes-walk at most. The bed was comfortable. The neighbors were quiet. They allowed/welcomed our pets which is so very appreciated. My only reservation with this review is that I might be making it harder to find available dates to rent next year!

Mary Beth the host was amazing! So friendly and communicative. The house has a great floorplan with a huge kitchen and everything needed for a long weekend. Located across the parking lot from Canyon Lodge, we will definitely be returning to this beautiful place!

This is a beautiful property right next to the Canyon Lodge. It was a very easy to walk to the lifts and the location could not be better. The space was tastefully decorated and had lots of thoughtful amenities. Beds were comfortable and there were high quality linens. Everything was even better than described. Mary Beth was very responsive and put up decorations for my husband’s birthday - a nice surprise that was much appreciated. We highly recommend this property.

This is a beautiful, spacious home with every amenity. You enter to a welcome sign with your name and some local Coffee and treats from Marybeth ( the host). You will find each bedroom with lush bedding and pillows, private bathrooms and a huge jacuzzi tub and fireplace in the master. The kitchen is an open concept to the dining area and family room. It is very well equipped with plenty of dishes for a larger group. The private jacuzzi is just off the family area with a fire pit and extra seating. It was such a bonus to be able to bring our our fur child. If location is your concern, you cannot get any closer to warming hut 2/Canyon Lodge and chairs 8,7,16 and 17. Great for new or advanced skiers and boarders. Rentals are inside the lodge. We cannot wait to stay here again. Thank you Marybeth for helping make our family vacation so amazing!!!

Great townhouse with very convenient location to Canyon Lodge. Very well stocked kitchen, nice bed and bath linens. We got snowed in the day we were suppose to leave and host was very accommodating and gave us a discount for last day.
