"Staff was helpful. Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. Clearly organized, and meticulous attention to detail. I needed an extra pillow and management was quick to respond. Lovely environment, although outdoor furniture in our room could be easily improved. Loved the small town and downtown area. A four square grocery was a 3 minute walk.. and we enjoyed a hot chicken for dinner. We managed to plate it and enjoy that as a light dinner in the mini kitchenette space. One evening we...

"Lovely comfortable room - really nice and warm and cozy. Nice to stay somewhere with a bit of character. Clean and the beds and couches were comfy. Nice modern shower but it still worked in the aesthetic. Lovely owner and easy to walk to town."

"We know it's an experience and we took the "Standard Cabin (Double)" room, but it was so small, the room was freezing and the door didn't close well. If you want to bath in the hot tub, you need to pay, if you need some tools or ingredients to cook something in the common room, you need to rent it. It's not as bad as other hotels, but if we had known it we would have paid for another option in Queenstown. "

"Clean and tidy and great for the night."
