The layout of hotel a bit of a maze and finding it at night difficult. Roads unsigned and hotel sign at night difficult to see. Ground floor labelled 4. Room was on 4 but not same 4 as entry.- several lifts away. No porter to show your room for first time.

New, large well appointed condo style hotel room. Easy to get to and park. Nice kitchen and bathroom, outdoor space a plus. VERY close to the airport, not to close to downtown. Perfect for a last night stay when you have an early flight. Would def book again.

No help with our luggage. Travelled with my 88 and 83 year old parents. And it is NOT for them. And not for me too. aside from walking up we had to walk further up for the rooms. I expected more.
