"We know it's an experience and we took the "Standard Cabin (Double)" room, but it was so small, the room was freezing and the door didn't close well. If you want to bath in the hot tub, you need to pay, if you need some tools or ingredients to cook something in the common room, you need to rent it. It's not as bad as other hotels, but if we had known it we would have paid for another option in Queenstown. "

"We stayed here for two nights for a long weekend in Queenstown and it was just perfect. We maintained cosy rooms, good location just a few minutes walk from the city, awesome mountain and lake view and friendly, efficient staff. Would happily stay here again."

"No car parking, just street parking and no pool or sauna but great place to stay and clean, helpful staff. We loved it."
