"The elevator was out of service claiming 2 set of stairs with suitcases not fun Ac took to long to cool room .. room was hot when we checked in . try use phone inside room to call front desk phone is not working had to walk back down 2 set of stairs just for a extra towel"

"Michelle, Hotel Manager was great at check in . Even sent me a Happy Birthday bottle to the room . Very much appreciated. Carlos was a great host on the walk in and throughout the trip . Pool staff was great . Kamesha, Aailyah, and the supervisor were very attentive and fast service . The room service staff / kitchen were amazing . I will definitely be back. Some of the staff were not very welcoming , but the good ones outweighed the bad."

"We loved everything about our stay. The water was pristine. Lots of beach space, chairs and umbrellas. All of the staff was super friendly especially, Devon, Lou and Paulina. We highly recommend and will come back. Do the all inclusive for sure !"

"Every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful! The room was just amazing as it very clean and the ocean front view was just spectacular! It was a short walk to many restaurants and the little strip, or they will call you a taxi for your transportation needs, if needed. I would definitely stay here again, and the scenery is just amazing the clear ocean water was just delightful!"

"The pool needs to stay open later including the swim up bar, and there needs to be an entertainment crew. More entertainment for the pool area, maybe add a DJ"

"My stay at Mary's Boon was ok. I do not like dogs and so the presence of the dogs was not pleasant for me. The resort itself is nice but I did not like the access road to it. The staff was generally pleasant and helpful. They arranged a taxi pick-up to take me to the airport upon request. The place is just a few steps away from the beach and just a few minutes from the airport. You can literally watch and hear the planes take off. My room which was downstairs was comfortable but sandy....

"Loved the ground level room right off the beach, with foot wash and large private veranda. Kitchen amenities were great, they provide all the basic necessities (eg., sponge, dish soap, towels, beach towels, dinnerware, etc…)."
