"The place was nice and the location was perfect, but you can forget any communication with the host. No way to contact anyone. No number provided. Messaging the host through Expedia yielded nothing. No response. There was no toilet paper, no pillow cases, no wash cloths, and only 2 towels in the whole place, and no way to ask for more. The stupid "checkmyguest" link was really horrible, again providing no way to contact a human being. I would stay in the building again, but hope to never have...

"Property had not been cleaned in some time. Looks like it "sat around" empty for several weeks empty. Floor definitely was not clean. General property was run down. Toilet did not flush very well taking 3 X's to clear any/all material. Host did not respond to our emails seeking information in a timely manner. We were given no phone number or name of host, only the owner, who, after much effort in reaching him/her, gave the manager's number to contact. Manager held us to exactly 4 PM check...

"The accommodations were exactly as shown in pictures, actually even better in person. The kitchen was well appointed with various seasonings, which was very helpful. The location was smack in the middle of the beach so it was central to EVERYTHING. There were lots of flotation toys to enjoy in the ocean, which were complementary. The only negative comment which was not the properties fault, was it’s next-door to the rainbow café, which has loud music from 11 o’clock am, well into the evening...

"An absolute treasure of a stay. Such a great location for a great price. The compound was walking distance to many amenities and beaches while also being a very familiar place for taxis. The pool was crystal clear, AC and fan worked perfectly as well. Kitchen had all the necessities no complaints there. Our host and her grand daughter were so delightful and made our stay so comfortable. 100% when visiting Sint Maarten I would rebook with Marina. :)"

"The apartment is beautiful and has a prime location directly on the beach. My husband and I were able to walk into town or walk along the beach toward town. The apartment was quiet for the most part. We had neighbors that were partying on Friday and Saturday but they abided by the curfew rules and we couldn’t hear their music inside of our unit. The apartment itself was clean and airy. Has great sunlight coming in from the patio and bedroom window. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials if...

"This place is amazing, my wife and I stayed for our anniversary. The house is ideally located in the best part of Saint Martin. This location is a gated community, (incredibly safe) and the whole community is within walking distance, so you never need to leave. Local stores and cafe’s are perfect and the service at restaurants was spectacular. The accommodations were perfect for the two of us. It had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here. The loft is located in a beautiful,...
