Villas en San Martín

"I know there is nothing the hosts can do about the excessive amount of seaweed in the water during our stay. They did reach out and warn us that tends to happen this time of year. I only wish they had told us about this prior to us booking. It really made it impossisble to use the beach and the odor was a bit rough. We enjoyed other beaches on the island though.Other than that...it was a beautiful home, well equipped and a lovely spot for our family."

"Our stay at Jardin Creole was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we knew what chosen the perfect gateway. Tucked away in the exclusive, gated community of Terres Basses, this villa offers the ultimate blend of privacy, luxury, and tranquility. The property itself is stunning and beautifully maintained. The open-air layout perfectly captures the island breeze, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. It was a short walk to a private beach. The private pool area...

"Excellent stay as always."

"I am a clean nut and this beautiful Villa didn't have one complaint from me. The kitchen specifically was immaculate. We had a beautiful and wonderful time staying at your villa. Our friends who we have never traveled with before were so impressed they are thinking of renting next year for their trip. The location is perfect the, the back area is just heaven and the pool is just enough. We had such a wonderful time. We come to Sint Maarten every year and we are now spoiled and won't be...

"villa and location fantastic. it should be mentioned in the details that the east side of the island is susceptible to sargassum during this time. aside from that we loved the place. other beaches are easy to get to and quite nice"

"I can't say enough about our stay at the Villa Luminary. It is a beautiful property, well set up for a group of 10 or so. There is a property attendant on site (separate space - we never saw him unless we requested something) who is very responsive. The host was also available by text anytime there was a question. The location and amenities are great, e.g. short walk to the beach which we did almost daily with kids, but the service and attention are the hallmarks of this space. We would go back...

"Beautiful house, several minute walk to Coco Beach and the OB Plaza where the restaurants are. Luvie met us upon our arrival, was great explaining everything and keeping the house clean. Overall great place to stay in OB. "

"The host was excellent to communicate with. He was prompt to answer any questions we had. The property was clean and in a great location. We would definitely stay again."

"Carpe Diem was absolutely lovely. We are a family of 5 so having the 4 beds was perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped which made it easy to start and end our days comfortably at the Villa. The views-amazing, the pool- amazing, outdoor area- amazing, inside space- amazing! We truly had a great experience! "

"We had an amazing stay at this villa. Everything was perfect. Spectacular view, super clean, attentive property mangers, beautiful heated pool (30c) and very safe(double gated community). Would absolutely recommend."
