• Main House: Houses five bedrooms spread across three levels, with living spaces that are easily accessible and ideal for families or groups.
• Independent Studio (Room 6): Located on the right side, this studio has a full kitchen and can serve as a private retreat for couples, a fun space for kids, or accommodation for personal staff. It is depicted as ‘Bedroom 6’ in our Airbnb photos.

Directly below the studio, we have accommodations for our caretaker, who lives on the property. The presence of our caretaker ensures that everything is in perfect order at all times, enhancing the security and maintenance of Villa Luminara.
