"The home is beautifully equipped, very comfortable, clean and a great layout. Our only issue was the seaweed, it seemed to be only on this beach. The beach was cleaned every morning and I know they did all they could, so not the fault of anyone, just that we couldn't really go in the water here. "What a lovely villa! The pics don't do it justice! The bedrooms and living room are much more spacious. The location in the community is perfect as far as privacy. The owners have thought of absolutely everything one might need. We even loved the beach compared to the few others we saw on the island. "All in all a very nice place on the island. View from condo was magnificent with nice beach area lots to do in the area including casinos, restaurants and beautiful Mullet Bay Beach. I suggest seeing different beaches. One of our favorites being Fryers Bay Beach just a short distance away. Private pool on the patio was a great added touch for a late night/early morning swim. Would definitely stay at Sonrise 7 again"

"This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. "We had a wonderful time in SXM. Philippe made our stay easy and he always kept in close contact if we had any questions. The condo is just as it’s listed and truly has everything you could need. "This Villa provides everything we were looking for; amazing views, refreshing pool, private surroundings, comfortable beds, and close by grocery store (and restaurants). Having said that, we rented a jeep and cruised the entire island, which made coming back to the Villa that much more enjoyable. We would rent this spot again."

"Villa Kea was exactly like the description and the location was perfect. We could walk to the beach each day and even for dinner at one of the many restaurants in the center of Orient Beach. The pool was a cool relief after a hot day on the beach. Maly gave us many restaurant and shopping recommendations. She was available and very responsive when we had any questions. We can’t wait to book our vacation next year to St. Martin."
