"Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing, given a complimentary upgrade which was lovely. Pool and sauna were not available which was disappointing and the hotel does not have parking again with the amount you’re paying you’d think these would be available."

"The Dorset Hotel was beautifully styled and staff were so friendly and helpful. Good location. The only issue was the size of the rooms. I’d definitely upgrade. Unfortunately I think the hotel may have a damp problem as the rooms did have a musty smell. Maybe in the summer it will be better. "

"During our stay, we noticed the bathroom didn't seem to be refreshed between days. We also requested slippers a few times and were kindly told they would be sent to our room, but unfortunately they never arrived. We hope these small details can be improved for future guests. On a positive note, the restaurant and bar were excellent and the staff were very attentive and friendly."

"The staff was very kind and attentive. Listing doesn’t do justice for how spacious it was. Very close to Paddington station. Kitchen had basic utensils, although I would pack specific items such as chopping board and colander. But overall had a good time the place was very lovely. The complimentary items were very sweet and a nice touch to that already good space and welcoming environment. Would stay again."

I had to argue to get the a decent room. No refill of water bottles despite asking for. If service improve they will be five."
