2 Bed - Very Convenient Location - South Terrace

Self-catering apartment in London, 400m from Chelsea Football Club and only 100m to Fulham Broadway Tube, giving you fast access to all of Central London. Red Double Decker buses are directly outside the building giving you all the best sightseeing routes taking you via Kings Road to Sloane Square, Westminster, Trafalgar Square and Bank. The rear of the building leads to a lovely park with tennis courts. Boris Bikes are available directly at the rear of the building as well.

-Two bedrooms: the first bedroom has a queen size bed and a standard double bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with a rain shower, heated towel rail, special lighting and shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion. Additional sleeping space comprising a double sofa bed can be arranged for extra charge of £30.00, please contact us beforehand so this can be arranged, although it is worth mentioning that the flat is more comfortable with four rather than six.

-Fully equipped kitchen: a fridge freezer with water dispenser, a gas hob, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, a washer, a dryer and an ironing board and iron.

-Television in every room with Netflix and super-fast fibre optic internet access

-Professionally boiled and pressed linen and towels are included

-Fabulous balcony with a sun awning and delightful views towards the mature trees of the park - an ideal spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of champagne.

-Parking is either on street metre parking, or the Fulham Broadway Car Park. Guests are responsible for the charges and we would advise coming by taxi and using the transport facilities as we are in a super central location.

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 11am
- Smoking is not allowed. Ashtrays are provided outside
- We have a very strict no party policy and reserve the right to ask guests to leave if other guests in the building or neighbours are disturbed
- Pets are allowed, upon request, for an additional £30 charge but we do ask that they stay in the reception area and corridor area where we have wooden floors as the bedrooms have seagrass carpet which is easy to soil and cannot be cleaned

Wir haben uns für dieses Apartment entschieden, weil direkt davor eine Bushaltestelle ist und 300 Meter weiter die U-Bahnstation. Lebensmittelgeschäfte und tolle Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Das war für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. Die Wohnung ist recht kompakt aber sehr durchdacht und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zu viert wird es hier und da schon mal bisschen eng, aber es ist trotzdem "cosy". Überall stehen Duftkerzen und in den beiden Bädern (mit Regendusche) Pumspender mit biologischem Duschgel/Shampoo. Da muss man nichts von Zuhause mitnehmen. Die Küche ist auch gut ausgestattet. Super fanden wir außerdem das gebundene Buch des Vermieters mit FaQ's zur Wohnung und vielen nützlichen Tipps zur Umgebung. Wer über London Stansted anreist, hat allerdings einen sehr langen Transfer vom Flughafen bis zur Unterkunft. Das war uns nicht klar. Zurück sind wir über Heathrow geflogen, das sind nur 30 Minuten Fahrzeit mit dem Taxi (zumindest früh morgens). Wir haben uns in der Fewo sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Apartment wirklich empfehlen.

VERY adequate, however it was a bit tight for our party of 4. Additionally, we had some issues with the second bathroom, shower never did get warm water and the towel warmer rack did not work. There was a slight "musty smell" in the pillow covers as if they did not fully dry. Which leads me to the fact that the only drying method for anything was a drying rack despite the listing stating laundry on site.Great location especially that you could walk out and into the beautiful park area.

This rental was just around the corner from Chelsea stadium and very close to lical restaurants. Especially El Metro Tapas Bar. Overall, an excellent time spent here with a very responsive property owner. We plan to return.

Flat was clean and well equipped with contemporary decor. The 2 bedrooms were very comfortable and it was good to have 2 en-suite bathrooms which had good shower facilities. The photos accurately represent the flat and, although it is quite compact, it is perfect for a short stay. Lovely to be right on Eel Brook Common and a short walk to Parsons Green. Easy to communicate with the owner.

5 minute walk to the Underground on the District Line. And that station houses a grocer. Win Win. Flat was nice. Listing photos should be updated. A few issues of maintenance which Host told us they weren’t able to address due to how busy they were. Judging from the bottom of my socks, carpets need cleaning. Bath area needs some mildew remediation. Host left water and milk for us; nice touch. Able to drop luggage at 1130 on arrival, even tho checkin was 3. Host wanted 30GBP to post a chain my daughter left behind. Plenty of tableware, and nice Espresso maker. Towels could be upgraded. Overall good choice; we were gone from early morning to night and the convenience of the Underground was paramount to our doing as much as we did in the time there.

This flat is a great place for exploring London! The flat was clean and ready for us on arrival. The kitchen is very well appointed with stove, oven, toaster, tea kettle, single cup coffee maker and microwave. We were a party of 4 adults and the space was very comfortable for hanging out in the evenings. The location cannot be better. There is an underground station a 5 minute walk away, and the District line will take you anywhere in London you would want to go. Clare was easy to communicate with and her instructions for getting to the flat were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

This flat has everything you need - comfy beds; two baths; washer/dryer; A/C; and, a nice sunny terrace to enjoy mornings or evenings. Its also a 3 minute walk to an Underground Station (Fulham Broadway on the District Line) which gets you to all major sites within 30 minutes. The area has many convenient shops and restaurants. Overall - great flat in a great location. Thanks, Clare, for your hospitality!

Enjoyed a five day stay. Location is perfect! Close to shops, restaurants and grocery store all walking distance as well as bus route and underground. We tried them all. Host was very quick to answer my call and talk me through a minor issue. Very quick fix , we would absolutely stay there again.

This was a very nice flat. Perfect location. It was so close to buses and subway. Easy transfer to central london and sightseeing. Very easy transfer to airport as well. Instructions that Clare left were excellent. Loved the suggestion for bus 11!!!! We enjoyed our time. Will definitely stay again!!

An excellent place to stay! I never leave reviews but this was a terrific trip for us. Flat is near tube, there's a helpful book on how to operate things inside, and there are fantastic restaurant recommendations as well. We ate at Fox & Pheasant and Harwood Arms as recommended and they were both fabulous and we could walk to both. There is a large park nearby, and plenty of little shops for everything you need. Property was very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet and felt very safe which was especially important to me. I will definitely book for a future visit to London and can't recommend it enough!

Spent 3 days there with my spouse and our 2 adult children. Perfect location, 1 block from Tube. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. Clean and sunny. The AC was wonderful b/c it was in the hi 80s one day. I would definitely recommend!

I stayed here for 7 nights with my son and his partner, and it was perfect in every way. I was so pleased with how safe the neighborhood felt and the proximity to the underground station. The flat was very clean and new and had everything we needed. Communication was very quick and clear. I would stay here again in a minute!

This place is perfectly located (a few steps from the underground) on top of being very clean and lovely. The amount of space was perfect for the three of us and we really appreciated the small touches added (fantastic coffee, amazing showers with soap, shampoo, and conditioner, toothbrushes and toothpaste, nice candles, washer and dryer, and probably more that I'm just not remembering in my jet lag). The beds were very comfortable and having an 8 hour time difference to deal with, we really appreciated being able to sleep well when we could. There's a picture in the ad of the Fox and the Pheasant in Fulham - this is a must! We had our by far best meal there in our travels through much of London and Dublin during our stay. We absolutely loved our stay in Fulham and will definitely return and hope that we can rent this gem of a flat again!
