Designed and furnished to ensure you have a comfortable stay, the studio's interior is simple and cosy.
It is fitted with a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a Queen-sized bed with hotel-quality linens. It is perfect for getting a bit of rest in between your city exploration.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, such as an induction cooker, an oven, and a coffee machine, to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal.
The bath has all the amenities needed to freshen up, including a bathtub with an attached shower, a toilet, and a sink. Fresh towels and complimentary free toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
This studio is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before your scheduled time, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout.
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.
Set in the Mews of the multicultural Bayswater, despite the studio being a haven of peace and quiet, just a bit of a stroll will take you to the trendy pubs nearby. Hyde Park is also only a 2-minute walk away, you'll find that there are plenty of events and activities that take place here, such as music and cultural festivals, educational activities, family-friendly activities, and more.
Very well-connected, there are many tube stops within a 15-minute walk from the property.
Lancaster Gate (Central) - 5 minutes
Paddington (Bakerloo, Central, District, Hammersmith & City) - 8 minutes
Queensway (Central) - 12 minutes
Bayswater (Circle/District) - 14 minutes
This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
