Welcome to my apartment!

Our property is located on the second floor, accessible only via stairs (no lift). To reach the flat, guests need to climb 22 steps to enter the property and 2 flights of stairs to access the flat. The flat itself is 3 stories high, with 2 flights of stairs inside the property. Please note that these features may make it unsuitable for individuals with reduced mobility. Additionally, the air conditioning (A/C) is available only in the top-floor bedroom.

This three-bedroom apartment in Camden is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The open space design connects the dining room, living room, and kitchen, creating an inviting ambience for shared laughter and delicious meals.

The living area boasts a spacious sofa and a large smart TV with access to various streaming options for your entertainment. The dining room features a table for six. At the same time, the well-appointed kitchen includes all the necessary cookware and utensils for preparing delicious meals, including a stove, oven, and microwave. For added convenience, the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze and a washer, dryer, and ironing facilities to meet your laundry needs.

There's also a private balcony with seating areas to lounge and enjoy the stunning views.

The apartment features two bedrooms with two single beds, ideal for children or guests, and one with a double bed, all with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The living room and bedrooms are adorned with exquisite fireplaces, imparting a touch of charm and cosiness to the space.

The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Camden is a vibrant and eclectic district in the northwest part of central London.

The district is well-connected to the rest of London via the Camden Town Tube Station on the Northern Line.

Camden is famous for its markets, a significant draw for visitors. Camden Market, often called "Camden," is a collection of needs offering a wide range of goods, including clothing, accessories, vintage items, art, crafts, and international cuisine. It's an excellent place for shopping and exploring.

Please note the Air Con (A/C) ONLY works in the top floor bedroom.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).

Great stay

Perfect location in Hampstead. Plenty of room for our family of 5. Only hiccup was there was no hot water for a couple days, and thankfully my husband is handy because we had to fix it ourselves

Hamstead Cozy

This property was clean, well maintained and very comfortable. In addition, it is perfectly located with any easy walk to the Village, the Heath, the Underground station, pubs, stores, markets and restaurants.

Family Holiday In Hampstead

We absolutely loved our stay in Hampstead! The location was fantastic, on a charming street with loads of cafes, pubs, restaurants and shops right outside our door. The flat was comfortable and suited our family of 6 perfectly. We loved the decor, it was clean and well appointed. A perfect stay!

Beautiful flat in Hampstead

Very nicely remodeled flat in the heart of Hampstead with high end kitchen and furnishings. Easy walk to lots of restaurants/cafes. Less than 5 minute walk to train station.

3 days in London

Everything was great about the flat and its location. The only issues we had related to the fact that only a portion of the flat was air conditioned; unfortunately it was hot and muggy so the bedrooms on the 2nd floor were quite warm. It wasn't terrible, but we were looking for a flat with air conditioning given the time of year we were visiting.

A beautifully maintained, character-filled place in a fantastic location close to everything

A beautiful place with a lot of character, though be prepared for a lot of stairs. It is very clean and nicely maintained. The location is fantastic, being close to shopping, restaurants, gelato shops, the train station, bakeries, and a grocery store. A truly great spot!

Fun in hampstead

The house was great. The location even better. Lots to do. Tube and bus stop outside the door. Ate at Oak and Poppy. Then caldesi I recommend both Had a great time Thank you
