The master bedroom comes complete with a double size bed, while the living room has a double sofa bed. The apartment also features a bathroom equipped with a bathtub with an overhead shower.

This two bedroom apartment is situated in the idyllic area of Stockwell just 3 minutes walk from the local cafes and restaurants.. The property is also a 15 minutes walk from Stockwell and Oval tube stations, making this property the perfect location for your stay in London.

The area surrounding your property is full of cafes, restaurants, shops, and supermarkets, making it easy to enjoy coffee, lunch, and dinner out within the vibrant area. The Crown and Anchor on Brixton Road is great for craft beer and Booma opposite for Indian tapas. Cable Cafe towards Oval has great coffee and jazz. The Oval farmers market on Saturday has fantastic food and produce. The Canton Arms is amazing. Myatt's Fields and Kennington Parks are good for kids. Silk Road in Camberwell is a great Chinese restaurant. Brixton has endless food, drink, cinema, and nightlife.

The nearest tube stations are Stockwell (on the Victoria and Northern lines) and Oval (on the Northern Line), both less than 15 minutes walk. The Brixton Road (one minute away) has regular buses to Brixton and the city centre. There is a Tesco with a cashpoint on the Brixton Road, 3 minutes walk away, and there is a chemist slightly further on towards Oval station.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
Our Teams are here to help all our guests in a polite and professional manner however we do not tolerate any form of abuse towards the staff. Should this rule be broken, we reserve the right to reject any current or future bookings.
We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.
