"I admit the guy at the front desk did have very good customer service skills. He was going out of his way to be a nice guy whom knew who to talk to the customers.

2. The TV. Direct TV was not giving me the basic cable channels so I could...

"Needed a quick stay while traveling south on 95 on my way to Richmond. Honestly, I was pleasantly surprised to find a clean room that was well prepped. Don't look for any bells or whistles, but my stay was pleasant, quiet, and just I needed at the time. I hadn't stayed at an EconoLodge since the 80's. The room was simple and most importantly clean."

"I booked this hotel for two nights (separate), and the reservation was listed as non-refundable online. The location was very convenient for me because it was close to my destination, which was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.
Unfortunately, after staying for only one night, I could not stay any longer because of the poor and dirty condition of the hotel. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the overall environment was not what I expected based on the booking information. I felt so...

"We liked the room and staff. However, we were enjoying the outdoor patio next to the indoor pool and 4 or 5 men took off all thier clothes and started acting lewed and crazy.
