"Early Check in was a challenge! I called ahead but it seemed to be confusion trying to get into the room. Front desk had to keep physically going to check and we if rooms were ready. Rooms were clean. Ice machine and room phones broken. No issues with Check out. Hotel in a great location"

"Beautiful property that was completely renovated a while back. It now has some deferred maintenance like peeling wall paper and faded buttons on the elevator. Rooms are large and it’s overall very charming. The restaurant on site has limited food options and limited hours (we never ate there) but there is ample choice of excellent restaurants in walking distance. "Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location."
