"We absolutely LOVE this adorable little barn! This was our second stay, and we’ve already booked it again for October. It has quickly become our favorite place to stay when visiting our son at Randolph-Macon College. The space is charming, incredibly comfortable, and absolutely spotless. It has everything we need, and we especially appreciate how private, peaceful, and safe it feels. "If you are looking for a getaway in the woods, this is it. Tucked away in a private lot you can have a camping experience without the tent! Fire pit, grill, woods! Great place for a small family. Lake Anna State park entrance took about 25 minutes to get too. We hiked and played on the beach. Lake access is not a close walk. Especially with littles. Trash was a pain because the dump wasn’t open at 9:15 and they said you need a local Id. We ended up taking the trash home. Eek. Otherwise place...

"House looks great from the outside. Very quiet, rural neighborhood. Inside the house looks good at first. But we noticed cigarette burns on the couch and curtains, as well as a large stain of some sort on the couch. Noticed small ants on the floor crawling around. Kitchen sink did not work. No water flow at all. Washer and dryer had a do not use sign on them. I inquired to the owner about the sign and he said that it would cost extra to use them even though they were listed as amenities in the...
