"We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. "This hotel is beautiful, the room was spacious (we had a family suite room), the breakfast was great and the staff were helpful. The hotel is right across the street from the V&A and Natural History Museums and short walk to Harrods or a tube station, dinning and shops. Access to the pool depends on the schedule of the health club next door (swimming lessons etc)- looks like drop-in swim time is mostly on the weekends in the morning. The hop on/off bus stop was two steps away from the entrance....
