One of the best locations in sunny Poipu Beach Kauai, Nihi Kai Villas Resort is just steps away from the Poipu shoreline and a little over 300 yards to world-famous body surfing Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park. The plantation style architecture at this small island oasis by the sea is surrounded by swaying palms, tropical flowers, fruit trees, orchids, and mature plumeria trees accented by well manicured lawns.

PARRISH PROFESSIONAL CLEAN – Built Upon the Vacation Rental Management Association (VRMA) “Safe Home” cleaning program, we further expanded our existing high standard of housekeeping at our properties where hospital-grade cleaning products and protocols were already in use. Our goal by layering on the recommended new steps is to provide our guests assurance and peace of mind that when they stay at any Parrish Kauai property that every effort was made to ensure a high level of cleanliness, sanitation and disinfection.

Great condo!

This was a perfect place for us to spend a week in the Poipu area. We got in late, but self check-in was easy. Beds were comfy, all rooms had AC, amenities were top notch. Lanai had a lovely view of the ocean. Location was also awesome! We had a great time!

Nihi Kai 401

We stayed at Nihi Kai with our two teen-aged sons for 5 days. It was a wonderful stay, and the property management team is comprised of true professionals. The unit is every conceivable amenity. Our only issue was with a soft ki g mattress in the master. Management immediately sent over a small mattress which I placed on the floor. Perfect. This place is a gem, and the views of the ocean are wonderful. Thank you!

Perfect south shore location with ocean view from lanai

The property was exceptionally clean and exceptionally stocked in terms of kitchen, bathrooms and bedding. The sunset and ocean views from the lanai were amazing. Small things like a higher quality lanai seating, repair of sliding screen doors and maybe including a beach umbrella and chairs would really add to the value of this excellent Poipu rental. Overall though we loved it and would stay again and again.

Fantastic location with everything you need.

We can’t say enough good things about this property. It is beautifully furnished and stocked with everything you need. Upstairs living quarters are bright and sunny with a large living room and kitchen that had everything we needed. Windows on both ends as well as plenty of ceiling fans provided a constant delightful breeze throughout the unit at all times. We were worried about no air conditioner but never needed it. All day and night you hear the waves nearby and the breezes through the palm trees. There’s a great dining table that we never needed because we ate every meal on the lanai overlooking the gorgeous scenery. Great huge television that we watched once (who is here to watch tv?), nice Bluetooth sound system. Bedrooms and bathrooms below were comfortable and quiet and stocked with extra towels, great generous amounts of shower products (leave your shampoo, conditioner, lotion and soap at home), hair dryer and tp. Washer and dryer were heavily used as we purposely packed light and loved having clean beach towels every few days. BBQ is close by for grilling and kitchen is fully stocked with a huge fridge to fill with fresh groceries (go to grocery store in Koloa for fresh items, Costco for day-one supplies, and snorkel bobs in Koloa for weekly rental). We were just behind the awesome pool which was a great location for a quick dip after a day at one of the many beaches nearby. We traveled the whole island during our 8 day stay and were thankful that we stayed in poipu and Nihi Kai where it was away from busy roads but close to everything that we needed. Seals and turtles napping on the beach, beautiful sandy beaches to walk on (warning to body surfers to wear water shoes as the shore is very rocky), little restaurants and shopping nearby. Unit 401 is ideal in that it’s off the road, close to the pool and ocean, and very quiet.

So this is Kauai at it's BEST!

Location. Location. Location. This #401 is a great location. We stayed a week in February and absolutely loved it. Small but beautiful ocean view, and the constant white noise of the ocean waves. Very relaxing. Very clean unit with a nicely appointed kitchen. Pool was clean and water was just warm enough to really enjoy. Try a warm up snorkeling swim before venturing out to the ocean beaches. Only downside to this unit is that the 2 bathrooms are back to back, and must have paper thin adjoining walls. Enough said. Unit is for sale, so new owner may not want to continue renting. Get it while you can.
