"The house is advertised as the best handicapped house in the OBX. We concur this is absolutely correct. The ramp up to the main living floor was very convenient for unloading your vehicle. Everything on the main living floor was accessible including the dock. The location is next to Hatteras Watersports where jet skis and kayaks were available for rent - very convenient! The owners were very responsive to any needs/concerns. For sure, the house rates a 5 star! We look forward to going back!"

"The place is just as advertised, clean and well-maintained. I got there at dark in the rain, so it was a bit hard to find amongst the other modulars in the cul-de-sac, but the host provided detailed directions which made the search much easier lol. Jonathan is responsive and provides all the last minute things you might forget for your stay, such as sunblock, water bottles, and even dog dishes for your furry co-pilot, so you can focus on hitting the beach once you get there :)"

"The house is right on dunes overlooking the ocean. The views are unobstructed and breathtaking. Coffee on the deck with the sunrise is an unforgettable experience. Walk over the dunes and you are on a huge beach with few people."

"While the house can accommodate larger groups we found it perfect for the two of us. Other than the laundry, we didn’t use the lower level. The upper level, which contains the master suite, kitchen/living area, screen porch and sliders onto the deck was spacious (while still feeling cozy). The house was well appointed and nicely decorated in an understated beachy kind of way. The view of the sound was almost as good from the inside as it was from the deck. If you’re a couple looking for a house...

"Everything from communication to location was perfect. Could not have asked for a better host. Pam went out of her way to make our stay memorable with special touches like pastry delivery from a local bakery to recommendations for activities. The house is beautiful and super pet friendly with just a short walk to the beach. In a word, OUTSTANDING"

"Very clean with some maintenance issues. The dryer did not work, sliding door locks did not work on any of the doors. Piece of ceiling was falling in one of the bedrooms. The worst part was the dryer did not work though. Overall a nice house."

"Property was as advertised. Dining table is a pool table. Flip over top and can play table tennis. Only aspect not appreciated was toilet in Master bedroom has no door. But we knew this going in and managed just fine with the floor plan."
