"Don’t know because I didn’t have a chance to stay in the hotel. Arrived and left immediately to another Hotel which costed me 5 times than what I had paid. Asked for a refund but the hotel refused. Have pictures to prove my point. Now am asking for my refund they saying that my intentions weren’t for staying. That my intentions were to take pictures and cause trouble over a refund. "Honestly, I was there with my son for 5 nights and I had a blast. Staff was genuine, real and 100% a pleasure. The pool was nice, ping pong, video games, a ton of things to do. Was quiet and peaceful. Want to say Thanx to the staff and I definitely will be rebooking when I return to c my again. "

"Rooms clean a stuff but some of the staff don’t really care much about colored people they need to cheat all equally because we booking the resorts that’s how staff gets paid otherwise the liquor was weak watered down at the swim up bar the bar tender push the cup towards me which made some the drinks spill an he said nothing about it make it seems like an everyday thing "

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."

"We spent Monday through Friday; we stayed at the on the platinum level and it was a blast! The bars and restaurants were top tier. Our rooms, the halls lobbies, beaches and restaurants were super clean. The bars poured strong drinks. The spa was incredibly relaxing along with the hydrotherapy area. Everyone was so lovely. "Woke up after my first night to realize there was blood (not mine!!!) on the bedsheets. Probably the worst thing to have happen. Not only were the sheets not changed but they had someone’s blood on them. The staff tried to be helpful but honestly after that everything kind of bothered me. They had silly rules that kids couldn’t be play pool after 9:30pm. They’re 15 and 11, not little and were accompanied by us. We couldn’t walk along the beach beyond a certain point because of our wrist band...
