"The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

"Tensing Pen has beautifully recovered from Hurricane Melissa. The photos truly don’t do it justice. The grounds are stunning, perched right at the edge of the cliffs with breathtaking views of the sea. A continental breakfast is included and more than enough to start your day satisfied. You can swim and snorkel right off the property, which was one of the highlights of our stay. Paul, the lifeguard, guided us while snorkeling and pointed out incredible marine life. "This is a quaint quiet small hotel even though it is an older property.The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning. The garden area was lush with greenery. Very relaxing. It was a little tricky to find. You have to take an alley to get there as the location is between the beach and the main road. The little restaurant was closed as they are still undergoing repairs from the hurricane. In fact that morning they were there doing the repairs. The room is basic...
