"Wonderful welcome from the friendly front office staff. This place was perfectly adequate for our one night stop over in the area. It is very close to a vibrant downtown area by the jetty and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is showing its age, and could use a little sprucing up, especially the old carpet. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious and well kept. Thank you for a great first night in Australia."

"We found this hotel to be in a handy location to the CBD and a short walk to Rundle Mall. As our flight arrived late into the night, we had to phone reception to let them know of our late arrival. Our room was very clean and was serviced daily. Our little gripe was that our body lotion container was not refilled for our last two days, despite it being empty. It was a bonus having breakfast included in the booking and made our stay in this hotel even more enjoyable."

"Absolutely fabulous location! Ocean view is incredible and it's close walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. Room was very comfortably equipped, including comfortable bed and pillows. Could have used a second chair in living room (just one small 2-seater), but admittedly there isn't a lot of space to add one. Shower could use some updating, at a minimum a grab bar as it's really difficult to climb into and there's nothing to grab to steady yourself, and it's a tight squeeze for tall...

"To be honest the hotel needs updated I found my room gloomy but it was ok because I was only staying one night the bed was so comfortable. I was disappointed with breakfast for $18 I didn’t know when I paid for breakfast it wasn’t going to be a cooked breakfast and that was what I was so looking forward too so $18 for two slices of toast was expensive.but in saying if I needed a room for the night again I’d still come back minus paying for breakfast "
