Ground Level: Exterior amenities offers your own slice of paradise with a resort like Oceanfront oasis including a large private pool with waterfall feature, hot tub or hang out in the poolside cabana day or night! The theater room features comfortable tiered seating with a large screen to take movie night to the next level. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Tents and canopies can not be placed anywhere on the premises without permission from Brindley Beach Vacations. (unless otherwise advertised). Every Special Event reservation will have 2 additional fees that are further explained on the Special Events Request form and Lease Addendum: (1) Event Security Deposit: $1500, this security deposit is refundable pending no damage is done to the home during your vacation lease period. The security deposit will be used to pay for carpet cleaning if needed after the event, or any other damages done to the home during your vacation lease period/event. (2) Event Fee: $2500, the event fee is a mandatory fee paid in addition to the rental rate on all special event reservations.

The house is great. Size, location, and accommodations. However, the overall condition of the house needs attention to maintenance. the outside furniture had a film of what looked like mold that would transfer to clothes. Shower in the master suite needs thorough mold purge. The unit is showing its age. However, the cleaners did a great job for check in.

Location was amazing. The house was fine but a little outdated but was pretty accurate to the photos. The downfall was the management company. We notified them four times(two times spoke with a person, other two left messages) with no resolution of the following issues until the last day we were there. One shower didn’t work so had to shower elsewhere. Sink didn’t drain in another bathroom. Toilet didn’t flush in a third bathroom. TV didn’t work in one of the bedrooms. Hot tub didn’t work after the second day. Blood on the trim in three places in the powder room. Do not rent any houses from Brindley Beach vacation and sales, they are TERRIBLE and just completely disregarded us on our vacation.

Beautiful but needs updating.

Family reunion was a success. The property is beautiful but needs updating. The pool has a hole in it; the internet was spotty. It was top of the line of the nineties—witness the beautiful murals on walls, pillars, and especially the elevator—but tile countertops in the kitchen and the intercom system feel old. Also, it would be nice to have some simple things: starting supply of toilet paper, soap and trash bags.
