The queen-sized pull-out sleeper sofa and second bathroom makes it a perfect getaway for couples and small families.

These sights are a daily pleasure from the comfort of your own private lanai and living area! Beautiful upgraded kitchen makes this truly your home away from home. This condo was beautiful, very clean and has nicely updated bathrooms.All appliances were awesome and glad there was a rice maker too. Clean, quiet property. Close to the best beaches and shops. Views were absolutely stunning. The mattress was so comfortable. We will absolutely return!

Perfect Location

We were very pleased with the apartment at Ekolu. It was bright, well appointed and clean. The location was good, near the town of Kihei, and very close to beaches and golf courses. We would definitely rent it again.

Views were amazing. Condo was all we hoped for and more. Very clean. Being able to walk to stores, restaurants and beach was perfect. We would stay here again for sure. Loved it.

Good Location but noisy.

The condo was clean and nice. Noisy in the early ( 4 AM-7 AM ) morning from the deliveries at the restaurants right in front of the condo. Communication from the property manager wasn't great. Had to call and text a few times to get a response. Check in and out is a little tight compared to other properties in the same complex. 11:00am and 3:00pm is more common and reasonable. Called about early check in and got no response.

This property is as advertised and more. Exceptionally clean and organized. Everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, and patio. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants (10 minute walk) 30 min walk or 5 minute drive to Ulua beach.

FIVE STAR VIEWS!

What a treat! We really enjoyed staying here for our week in Wailea. If you don't want to read the details just know the view is better than the photos and we will return! A little background on us, we are regular visitors to the island both West and South. (were middle aged) PROS: -The views are grand! You see the ocean from every room. Even washing dishes has the best view ever. -2 full bathrooms is a nice bonus for a one bedroom. They were remodeled and spacious. -Well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, beach chairs for 2, overall we lacked nothing. -Being on the second floor means you won't have to hear foot stomps all the time. ;) -The cute shops, restaurants and golf in walking distance. -3 minute drive to my fav beach, Keawakapu. -Good communication with CB. CONS: -no full length mirror as mentioned in other reviews. (easy fix imo) -the trash truck will likely wake you up one morning a week as a previous review mentioned. (not a big deal to us) -the mattress wasn't the best. not the worst but I hope there is a new one or a topper by the time we visit again. -the description at my time of booking said they get discounts for golf but when I asked for it they said they do not. -pool is small and underwhelming. I don't go to Maui for a pool so that was fine by me. But if you're looking for a fancy pool you won't find it here.

Fabulous place and location

The location was fabulous to be within walking distance of the Wailea Tennis Club, beaches, shops, and some of the best restaurants on the Island. Large deck with a great view to enjoy morning coffee. The unit was furnished nicely and has a great kitchen for making meals and snacks. We are already looking at booking for next year!

Incredible Views!

A very nice unit with spectacular views. Kitchen was extremely well stocked. Location is great, easy walking distance to the Shops at Wailea. We had no issues during our stay. As other reviewers have mentioned, there can be some noise from the shopping area below, particularly the garbage truck at 3 or 4 a.m., but overall this is a wonderful spot. The one time we needed to contact the host they were very responsive. We would stay here again.

Whale watching from Lanai!

Great location in Wailea - 15 minute walk to beach, easy access to shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Amazing views from the lanai. Would caution that bedroom overlooks commercial parking lot so we frequently had a fair bit of noise early in the morning.

Nice Location but Noisy / Other Issues

Staying in Maui is awesome. We really enjoy Ekolu as we've stayed there a number of times. This rental is in a great location but it's close to the parking lot of shops directly below, therefore, noise with lawn maintenance / construction equipment as well as garbage trucks at 3:00AM one night. Also, since last time we rented, CBIV, (the hosts) no longer provide umbrellas for free since they had some issues with them causing issues at the beach during windy days. However, you can order / pay for them, which we did, at a nominal fee like $5 / day. It's good to get them pre-ordered though since it could take up to the afternoon of the following day to get them. Pros: Location to Shops and Beach, Ocean Views, 2 bathrooms in unit, everything working well in unit, size of condo, updates. Cons: It would be nice if cleaning crew paid more attention to detail (considering the expensive host and cleaning fees that you incur with the rental), whiter towels in bathroom (some are white and some are pretty dingy), noises from surroundings from early morning until sunset (somedays better than other but two construction projects while we stayed), some touch-up paint in areas that are worn, bed and bedding needs updating, and closets are tight to bed so a little jostling around when using them but not too big a deal. If you are ok with the above and by no means is it a deal breaker, I'd recommend this unit. Being in Maui is a 5 and so are the sunset views.

Anniversary Getaway

This place was exactly as described, and it made for a great base camp for our anniversary week in Maui. The location is great and the views of the ocean outside the living room, kitchen, and bedroom windows are fantastic.

Great Place in a great location!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was comfortable and clean! We didn’t think that walking to the ocean/beach would be ideal as the path is not super short and the walk back would be a pretty steep uphill walk but it’s an easy drive! We enjoyed the local coffee shop within walking distance and loved the area! We would also recommend Monkey Pod for lunch or dinner..it was close and so, so good! Thank you for a great long weekend in Wailea!

Wonderful Stay!

This property was perfect for our time in Waliea! The home was even better than the pictures- very clean- accurately described- close to coffee shop- AMAZING restaurants within walking distance- pool was quiet and nice- walkable to several shops and Waliea Beach- very comfortable bed- beautiful deck with sunset views- plenty of parking- nice neighbors- quiet- nice welcome basket with goodies and all info needed- would absolutely stay here again! The only thing they could provide is a small umbrella for the beach- they do have 2 beach chairs (we left a small cooler) but an umbrella would be great as the beaches nearby were extremely hot when we were visiting. Other than that I would say this rental is near perfect! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
