"Staff support terrible communication. Website said one thing but staff say another. I seek clarification and told oh yeah that's not updated. Our hrs menus etc changed. We made bookings and paid for it online too be told that's not available anymore. what was supposed to be a romantic weekend away for a engagement proposal was a complicated disaster.we were planning on having our wedding here but after our experience we will be looking elsewhere "

"Location is excellent. Right next to Ligan hospital, medical suits. We had a nice dinner at the hotel. There was no traffic noise. The hotel is located on a busy intersection. The air con was very quite. The best pillow i have slept on in a hotel for a long time"

"Had a great stay at Econo Lodge. It was an impromptu weekend trip and we just needed somewhere to stay for two nights. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well presented. The maid replaced our towels, even though we never put the 'please make up our room' tag. The hotel is conveniently located between Brisbane City and the Gold Coast, which makes it easy to get around if you have a car and are sightseeing the region. "Staff wers so lovely. Room very comfortable. Pool a great size. Outside spa so warm. Had a great stay. "

"The room was very clean and big enough with a decent sized bed, small sink and bar fridge, sofa, coffee table and bathroom. The breakfast box was handy too with cereal, milk, juice and mini Carmen bars. Staff was very helpful with holding our bags and printing our documents. "

"Rude staff wouldnt let me check in after 8 oclock had to sleep in the lobby as there was no after hours contact details and then at 7am the next daywhen reception opened told me i had to wait till 2 pm that day to check in even though my booking was for the night before.
