"Lovely home for a peaceful, quiet beachfront getaway. I stayed with my family and we had a great time. The beach access is close and the porch has some amazing views of the ocean. We also had a person in a wheelchair and walker and the elevator was a great addition. "

"Very nice place to stay. Everything was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Our host touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Truth be told, our host goes above and beyond with the home. We had far more than needed for our stay. The home is conveniently located and very quiet. I wish it were warmer weather, as the 'gators were elsewhere. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!"

"The house was great alternative to a hotel because we have 2 miniature dachshunds and we enjoyed being able to be so close to downtown, take them into the yard, not worry about the occassional bark, etc. The house was neat, clean and the process was extremely easy. These old, historic houses are interesting because they are "old", but that adds to the charm. We were very happy with our stay and recommend this property and April to anyone visiting New Bern. It's also right across from the Police...

"Property was exactly as it was advertised. Can tell that it had recently been renovated and inside was very comfortable. One of the reasons we went with this property was because it was dog friendly. With all the remodeling being done, there was a bunch of building material in the backyard, and we had to make sure the dog wasn't getting into anything it shouldn't. All in all, the house was perfect for what we needed for one night."
