Duplex delight w/gators & coffee

  • Centrally located to Camp Lejeune, MCAS, restaurants, shopping and beaches - 20 miles either north or south of my space in Jacksonville.

    Please submit an inquiry for stays longer than 10 days. You may be on a monthly tour assignment if you’re in the military or a traveling nurse that have orders to be in the Jacksonville area for an extended amount of time. One other scenario is if you’re under contract on a home and are in limbo until it’s ready or waiting for it to be ready. Keep in mind I do not allow pets or smoking in the house.

    Whether your trip is for business or pleasure, make sure to keep an eye out for the gator in the backyard creek. Kayakers be mindful if you decide to cruise to the New River as gators have been sighted along that journey. Plenty of sidewalks if you must get a run/walk in before your day begins. And finally enjoy a cup of coffee relaxing on the covered porch.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. Our host touched base with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Truth be told, our host goes above and beyond with the home. We had far more than needed for our stay. The home is conveniently located and very quiet. I wish it were warmer weather, as the 'gators were elsewhere. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!

Would gladly stay there again!

Perfect getaway!

The perfect little place! Super clean, had everything we needed and more. Very close to a lot of great restaurants & the food store. Perfect location to visit our Marine who was just a quick drive down the road! Highly recommend!

Wedding vacation

We came up from south Ga for my brothers wedding. Gators and coffee was the perfect little spot for me, my fiance and my mom! Very clean and comfy!

Felt like home

Dena was wonderful and helpful and so attentive to any needs we had and the place was like home. We were so comfortable. House was decorated so cute and cozy. We definately plan to return whenever we come to the area.

Gators & Coffee Duplex

Lovely duplex. Location was great for visiting family. Easy to get to bases. Property was clean and had everything we needed. Coffee pods, condiments, and some snacks were a nice treat we haven’t often seen when renting. We will definitely stay again if we travel to the area!

A Surprising Gem!

We needed a quick get away for a couple days. It was a smooth and easy stay from arrival until departure! Extra attention was paid in every detail-from cooling of unit-snacks on counter-loaded coffee bar-to abundant amenities for bath! Comfortable beds are important and it met our expectations. The duck nest was a wonderful surprise! The creek view was very relaxing. Thank you for hosting!

Just Amazing.

It was great. Everything you needed was within 5 to 10 minute drive. Dena is so sweet and very helpful. My son is a Marine and stationed near by. Just got to visit him and stayed here. Everytime I Visit from now on I'll try to get this place first.

Gators and coffee ☕️

My husband and I were on a eBay adventure and decided to take a mini vacation. We booked this property, so glad we did!! We enjoyed our time here. Her home was immaculate. Dena was a wonderful host, we also had the pleasure of meeting her and her little friend Missy. Her home was very well stocked. We just loved the space! Can’t wait to take a trip back. Dina was a pleasure to work with. I was attending a workshop nearby. An unexpected turn of events left me with an open day to myself. Dina was kind, helpful and thoughtful with her suggestions of nearby must sees and places to eat. I took her advice and had a wonderful day!

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved this rental. The beautiful river going through the backyard was picturesque and the ability to see the wildlife coming and going was lovely. Our host was so welcoming and efficient. Her booklet was so informative and appreciated. I loved her attention to detail and the genuine want to give us the perfect stay. She had the house stocked full of all the things you forget to pack when you go on trips which came in handy and saved us a couple trips to the store. We ended up seeing her and having a wonderful conversation with her and she gave us some great recommendations on places to eat while we were out and about in each nearby town we were visiting. She made our stay so wonderful and went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. When I come back I will make sure we stay here again. Thank you!

This place was super nice easy location to town and all shopping and eating. It was fully stocked with extra toiletries. It had stuff to do laundry and overall was very clean. It had lots of kitchen items and was very comfortable. The thermostat was open to 69-73 so you could adjust to any temp. I will definitely be back to visit again!
