Romantic or Family getaway, this home has it all. Hot tub, fire pit, private dock with Boat lift and unbelievable sunsets over the beautiful waterway. Relax, swim, play, kayak, etc, you will never be bored. We provide a swim mat for endless fun. Large parking area behind the home. Bring your boat or rent our kayaks and visit Sharks tooth island (1/4 mile away) or go spend the day at a beautiful sandbar! 3 miles to beaches, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune,15 miles to Aquarium & Fort Macon.

We love your furry family as well and would love to accomadate them, there is a 50.00 fee - Per Pet and we do ask that they not be allowed on the comforters.

Every room in this home has beautiful views. The master bedroom has one entire wall of windows from where you can see the Intracoastal waterway. Desk can also be used as an office. Kitchen is open to the dining area with a table and chairs. We provide a pack n play, a high chair, toys, & games for the little people. Our home does sit on a busy road, but once you pull in the driveway you feel completely secluded.

Downtown Swansboro is 1/4 mile away. If you have a boat you can drive to Swansboro, tie the boat to the dock and enjoy a delicious meal. If you pull a boat, getting into the driveway with a trailer can be a little tricky but it can be done. We have pulled our 20ft dually, even a 32ft camper in there. 3 miles to Emerald Isle beach, 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. Every now and then on a King Tide the water can rise to about an inch on the driveway, but recedes quickly with the tide change.
I. The washer and dryer are located in the bunk house next to the main house. It is included with your rental.
II. There is a full size futon and twin bed, Window AC unit, and full bathroom in the bath house that you are able to use. We recently installed a 120` projector screen for your enjoyment.
III. Swimming is recommended on the right side and at the end of the dock. The current is very strong at times. We require anyone 14 and under to wear life-jackets. No diving allowed. Lastly, it can get very shallow on the sides of the dock at low-tide.
