Wow! Amazing home and location within awesome Indian Palms Country Club in Indio, California.
This 2-bedroom 2 bathroom freshly remodeled home has a large, private yard with stunning mountain and golf course views. We can sleep 8 comfortably in real beds (all brand new) with the primary suite having a top of the line Casper mattress that is insanely comfortable. Everywhere you look you will find thoughtful and curated touches to make your experience here truly unique and wonderful.
The home has been completely re done with (as previously mentioned) all new beds, furniture, linens, a terrific selection of pillows, you name it. The kitchen is a great size and very functional featuring tons of storage and brand new stainless steel appliances including a gas stove. The refrigerator has two ice makers! One for standard ice and the other for the cocktail connoisseur that makes the large sphere cubes. The kitchen is stocked with everything a professional or amateur chef will need! If you must work, enjoy lighting fast Wi-Fi that even works out on the patios and enjoy an extra large, dedicated work station we have set up for our guests. There is an extra large format, flat screen television in the living area and all the bedrooms have TV’s that are "SMART" with the capability to connect to the Internet for Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc. We have a very comprehensive cable channel line up as well for all the sports fans.
The desert is all about the indoor/outdoor lifestyle and the incredible style of this home easily flows outside too. Light up the new Weber BBQ grill for some fresh and healthy home cooked, grilled meals and dine al fresco while enjoying the views and listening to the birds. Want to swim? We are literally right across the street from a great, sun soaked community pool and hot tub complex. Take a dip in the sparkling pool and relax those aching muscles in the hot tub with jets that hit those sore spots so well. Sit out by the fire pit every night and count the stars, make s’mores and just appreciate the peace and serenity that is this desert and this area.
Believe it or not, there’s more! This is one of the few homes in this complex where as a guest of ours you would have full and complimentary access to the club's state of the art fitness center and sport courts. The golf course is also open to the public so come hit the links and wave to your family in the yard as you pass by the house on the golf course.
This magnificent home is located in the gated country club community of Indian Palms in Indio California just minutes from the music festival grounds (a very quick walk or Uber/Lyft ride) up at the Empire Polo Club and is a quick drive to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, PGA West and countless other marvelous Coachella Valley venues and attractions.
