Great location and easy walk into the heart of the old town. We were busy but it appeared to have excellent facilities.

The hotel was beautifully laid out with stunning views. The staff were above and beyond incredible. They couldn’t do enough to help. Always on hand and so amenable. I had the best stay and if I could rate 11/10 I would.

We had a wonderful stay, very peaceful and an immaculately maintained property. The host could not have been more helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Cannot recommend more highly!

Beautiful rural village location very close to Bilbao. Hotel listing says no parking however there is ample free street parking in the village so don’t let this put you off.
Hotel is a family run business. Very comfortable, spacious, clean, tidy and modern rooms. Very comfortable beds and fantastic shower and bath. Beautiful scenery to wake up to.
We cannot comment on breakfast or dinner as we did not have time on this occasion. We wish we had stayed for longer and would love to...

Absolutely wonderful stay!
My fear when I stay in the area is always humidity/musty rooms… but in Ixua there’s no sign of anything less than pristine. It all looks, feels and is clean.
The rooms are extremely comfortable.
The views are well… worth everything.
The food and service absolutely amazing.
Thank you Roberto and Munya.

Great place, but some things let it down for top marks. Shower is tricky to use, hair dryer mount was loose on the wall, towels were soft and thick but other amenities were average. Breakfast is great though.
