"Fantastic stay. True ski in and ski out from the porch which made the entire trip effortless. We skied out in the morning, came back for lunch, and ended our day skiing back to the door.The home fits four comfortably, has all the basic kitchen items you need, and the showers were great. The host was very responsive and had excellent local recommendations. We would return without hesitation. Thank you."

"Our group of twelve fit perfectly in this home and had an unforgettable stay. The highlight was the hot tub with its completely unobstructed view of the mountain. Watching the slopes from the water was incredible. The indoor sauna was another favorite and made the place feel like our own private lodge. Everyone slept comfortably and the beds were great after long days outside. The fireplace added the perfect touch. The location is ideal with a short walk to Scribner’s for a drink or happy hour...

"Our group of friends have been meeting up for 36 years and this is one of our favorite rentals. We didn’t lack for things to do at the house or in the area a Stine’s throw from Hunter Mtn. The house was well equipped to accommodate a larger group - we especially enjoyed the large dining table, conversation area, firepit area, and hot tub, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all. We hope to meet here again in the future. "

"The property was beautiful and clean. The view was amazing and everything liked up with what I saw in the listing. The host was communicative the day of arrival and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. Our host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the entire experience so much smoother and more enjoyable. "This place was perfect for our large group! It was so so close to the ski resort, grocery store, and had all of the kitchen supplies we needed including plenty of plates and cups. We didn't have time to try the hot tub but the sauna was great. Usually we have people on the couches but there were enough beds for everyone"

Like collecting all the garbage & putting it outside for them; cleaning up the linen & putting in the washing machine; filling the dishwasher; etc. And then, even after we did all that was requested: I still waited 2-3 weeks to get the 1500 deposit back.Couple other minor pet peeves here from memory: single-ply...
