We are located in the exclusive Colonel's Chair subdivision on Hunter Mountain. Hunter Resort entry and lifts are 0.5 mile from our home and provides access to world class skiing/snowboarding, tubing,riding, zip-line, and 4 seasons of fun and activities.

Early check in/out fee: $60 per hour (available if the night before is not booked and with a host approval).
For your safety, we instaled the front ring doorbell and 5 cameras to oversee the parking lot, front sides of the house, fire pit, lake and hot tub areas. No cameras inside in the house.
SKI SEASON
When you book our home for ski season make sure to book your pass, tickets and days on the mountain to avoid disappointment. Please understand that we are not responsible for any weather change or weather condition.

This is a true luxury vacation home with everything you need to be comfortable, have fun in and create a lifetime of memories!!!
