He was not only good but made you feel very welcome and spoke personally and passionately about the songs he was playing and gave some history behind them. He played all types of music and even asked the type of music we liked etc so he could play some for us. It was a pleasure to sit and listen to him. "We had a really lovely stay - the room was spacious, really nicely designed, fresh muted colours, with stylish details (and lots of plug sockets!), very comfortable bed, an excellent shower room, peaceful spot with lovely view, yet easy to walk into town, great staff, felt very festive and cheerful decorated for the season. parking easy to get at too and very central."
