"Entrance hall was welcoming but stair carpet to upper floors needs cleaning. Room was large and bright. Voile curtain had a large rip in it, door was difficult to lock with the key when leaving the room for the day. A comfortable chair instead of the chaise lounge would have been more comfortable. Shower was large and worked well, care needed on wet floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Spotlessly clean . Modern up to date en-suite . No scuffs or signs of wear any wear and lovely breakfast room. Just a little sparse with the complimentary items in the room, only instant coffee and the bare minimum of any extras. The quality and style and the great staff more than made up for any of these very, very minor things. "

They must change the carpets because it was really dirty & full stains you require a bigger fans as the small fans are not useful, I was hoping that I would go to a hotel with Air condition & I was given a room on the 3rd floor & it was difficult to go up & down as I have arthritis on my left leg. The bedding must be changed as all my cloths were full of white bits of bedding there is slipper but they were used before hand. The room service was really...
