"Elsio , our host, was responsive and friendly . Our requests were handled quickly and perfectly. We would highly recommend this rental and the space looked like the photos provided.This rental is a second floor apartment in a historic (late 1800’s) house that has been converted into rental units. The apartment was sparkling clean, and the bedrooms were quite large. We stayed in winter, so we didn’t use the outdoor facilities. "Amenities were lacking in many ways…lacked suitable pans for cooking and basics like salt and pepper. Bedrooms were cold due to drafts around windows with air conditioners and a drafty door. No extra blankets or quilts. Sliding shower door not on tracks properly. When dishwasher was turned on it started leaking soap."

"The property is good location. We had a few concerns. Some of the dishes in kitchen cabinet were unclean. The bathroom had little surface to sit things on. The toilet paper was extremely thin. The bed was comfortable. We liked the close access to the beach. "

"Have stayed here twice. Very convenient to the college, easy check-in. Both times we were here, there was a blizzard, but the host helped dig our car out and kept the property clean and passable. Would stay again. "

"Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!"
