Great apartment with many upgrades especially in the kitchen and bathroom. This location is very close to the Metro T. I recommend an upgrade to a comfy King size bed (instead of a Queen). We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is in a convenient location - walkable to town, with so much to do in the surrounding area. It's in an older building (like all in the area) and kept very clean, and stocked with everything you might need. It was tight for 3 people but we were visiting family and didn't need to stick around much. We didn't need to communicate with Wanderson/Ozzy much but they were responsive when I had questions. The space is on a second floor and might not work for anyone who couldn't do stairs or who needs a larger bed (there's a full-size in the bedroom and a small pull-out couch). Overall, we were happy with our stay.

The host was very responsive when I had questions. He was extremely accommodating, he gave us a little extra time given the snowfall etc, and he had the stairs shoveled for us in the morning. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated, and it had everything we needed for our stay. It was a very nice place, warming and charming. We'd definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The property owners did a great job in converting this house into 3 inviting apts for vacationers. It was a very comfortable living space. Plus the location was perfect for getting around town and exploring the surrounding areas.

The apartment was clearly recently renovated and done so very tastefully. It was clean and very welcoming.The property managers were also excellent. They weee extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Well appointed, clean and easy! Owners did a great job converting the space for short term rentals. The kitchen has everything we needed, the bed and bathroom were great. Located on a quiet block.

Place was super clean and cozy. Check in and check out process was super easy. Beds were super cozy and slept really well. Small store within 5 mins walks full of snacks and wine. We took the train several times to Salem and Boston and felt super safe, including 20 mins walk we took several times to a wonderful restaurant named Fox Creek Tavern. This is a great place to stay! Had one small issue with the TV and Wanderson showed up within 5 minutes and corrected the issue in less than 20 mins. We will be back to stay at this location!

Ipswich family visit

We were so impressed by what a fabulous job they did completely renovating this beautiful apartment! Everything was updated and modern and the host went above and beyond by providing everything you could need! The kitchen was very well stocked, the bed was comfortable, there were plenty of towels and supplies! We were only able to stay for two nights, but we will look forward to staying there again when we have more time to enjoy it!
